The footage is only about about 20 seconds long, but that's all the time it takes to see Henryville Junior-Senior High School torn apart by the devastating tornado that ravaged Indiana, Kentucky and other states in the Ohio Valley region earlier this month.
Security camera footage obtained by WDRB News this week shows how little time it took for the only high school in Henryville, Indiana to be utterly destroyed in the storm.

(25,489 posts)I actually like when someone uses acronyms...I had a roommate in college who did it all the time and it was kinda fun: TOTT meant take out the trash...it takes someone 5 seconds to google, and actually learn something from the UD...(urban dictionary).

(6,278 posts)The main reason people were safe is they dismissed the students 20 minutes early, so the school was largely empty when the tornado hit. Smart move! I'm sure the school bus drivers had some adventures, but it worked out for the better...
