Here's what MSNBC and the liberal media won't tell you.....you're being lied to by all of them!!!1!! Here's what's REALLY going on!!1!!
Teh UN & Soros are trying to eliminate golf!!1!!1!
In 1992, the United Nations adopted Agenda 21 to achieve a more efficient and equitable world economy, outlining a process to eliminate environmental decay and social injustice through micromanaging industries, communities, and culture. They will meet again next year to discuss its progress in over 100 nations.
The originator of this grand scheme is George Soros, who candidly supports socialism and believes that global development must progress through eliminating national sovereignty and private property. He has given millions to this project. But he is not the only one promoting this plan; in fact, the International Council of Local Environmental Initiatives (ICLEI) now consists of over 600 cities in the United States.
Agenda 21 attempts to abolish unsustainable environments, including golf courses, grazing pastures, and paved roads. It hopes to leave mother earths surface unscratched by mankind. . . . Agenda 21 subverts liberty, our property rights, and our sovereignty.

Rise up, activists! This can't be allowed to happen!!1!!
The rest is at ThinkProgress.
In an article that would appear to be a poorly-executed parody of Texas Senate candidate Ted Cruzs (R) right-wing beliefs it Cruz had not posted it on his own website, the Tea Party stalwart touts a truly ridiculous conspiracy theory about George Soros secretly partnering with the United Nations to come into our cities and eliminate our right to play golf:

He's not just some Tea Party nutter convinced he can come from nowhere to get the Republican nomination. Here are the chances this fuckwit has already had to ruin the USA:
He graduated from Harvard Law School magna cum laude and served as a Primary Editor of the Harvard Law Review, an Executive Editor of the Harvard Journal of Law & Public Policy, and a Founding Editor of the Harvard Latino Law Review.
Ted clerked for Chief Justice William Rehnquist on the U.S. Supreme Court
Ted served as the Director of the Office of Policy Planning at the Federal Trade Commission, an Associate Deputy Attorney General at the U.S. Department of Justice, and Domestic Policy Advisor on the 2000 Bush-Cheney campaign
From 2003-08, Ted served as the Solicitor General of Texas, the chief lawyer for the State before the U.S. Supreme Court and all the state and federal appellate courts.
Ted has authored over 80 U.S. Supreme Court briefs and personally argued 40 oral arguments, including 9 before the U.S. Supreme Court.

This is someone who must have a decent ability to reason - you just can't be an editor of Harvard Law Review without it. And yet he is a paranoid conspiracy theorist, and proud of it.
And now, to truly scare the crap out of you:
Lt. Gov. David Dewhurst leads the Republican field of candidates for the U.S. Senate, but former state Solicitor General Ted Cruz is running second, according to the latest University of Texas/Texas Tribune poll.
Dewhurst led with 38 percent, followed by Cruz at 27 percent, and former ESPN analyst Craig James and former Dallas Mayor Tom Leppert each with 7 percent. Only two other candidates Glenn Addison and Lela Pittenger even registered; each got 1 percent.

It's 24 years since Texas elected a Democratic senator. If he were to get the nomination, he'll get elected to the US Senate.
