Five More Advertisers Drop Rush Limbaugh, Bringing Total To 20

Five more companies have announced they will pull their advertisements from Rush Limbaugh’s radio show, bringing the total number to 20.

Although Rush Limbaugh apologized to Sandra Fluke on Saturday, he also continued his sexist attacks on the Georgetown Law student. Yesterday, Fluke said Limbaugh’s apology — which came after three days of attacks — “doesn’t change anything.”

Advertisers apparently agree, because more than a dozen have dropped Limbaugh’s show since the announcement. The five latest are AccuQuote Life Insurance, Service Magic, PolyCom, Hadeed Carpet, and Thompson Creek.

Advertisers are advertisers. Carbonite is good stuff. Netflicks is a good service. I use both. Well, USED Netflicks. If they drop him I'll go back. But I get that they just want their name out there. I also get that the smarter ones don't want to be associated with filth.

...but Netflix, LifeLock, and Crapital One, among others, are still standing by their pigboy.

Neither of those are "intelligent user" sources.
