(128,901 posts)I suppose he figures if he is suspended, he'll "go down fighting" so it appears that he didn't give up or give in on his (fake) principles. He has no other strategy left given how far he went out on the limb.

That's how I feel about this Limbaugh thing. I've read his baloney (refuse to listen to him) for years, and I've wished unsuccessfully that he'd implode. But this time he's offended so many (sleeping/disinterested/clueless) people that he can't brush this under the rug.
Yay for the bailing advertisers (who never should have sponsored him to begin with - but whatever...). I've written the FCC. Next stop - Congress Critters.
