Cantor Decries Rush Limbaugh's Comments As 'Insulting'

Cantor Decries Rush Limbaugh's Comments As 'Insulting'

One day after Rush Limbaugh apologized for smearing Georgetown law student Sandra Fluke, House Majority Leader Eric Cantor (R-VA) repudiated the radio host's remarks calling her a "slut."

"You know David, Rush Limbaugh has apologized," Cantor said Sunday on NBC's Meet The Press. "I don't condone that language in any arena, including the political arena..."

Host David Gregory interrupted to ask, "You think he was dead wrong."

"It was -- yes, it was insulting, and Rush has said as much."

Proof that Cantor is a clown. Not only did Limbaugh not apologize, where the hell was Cantor for the last four days?

The Republican Party is having a meltdown

Besides, it's phony as hell. Nice try, but no one buys it.

Question: has that fat ass ever "apologized" to anyone?? I thought those he targets end up bowing and scraping to him!! Why is everyone so afraid of that piece of crap???

is he pushing the Limbaugh's lame statement as an "apology," he's condemning the original attacks after the non-apology was issued.

Cantor isn't just a clown, he's a complicit clown.

thing is that this started with the House GOP's bogus hearing where they denied Fluke the opportunity to testify in favor of an all-men panel.

turning away. Rush will sell his principles for money. We all know what that makes him.

How long before Cantor apologizes to Rush for his comments. Rush gave a fake apology on his webpage that he knows is not read by his listeners (they are too stupid to read). Rush can not stand to be attacked by anyone in the GOP leadership and I expect that both Cantor and Scott Brown will be soon issuing an apology.

"How long before Cantor apologizes to Rush for his comments."

...which is why these bogus and opportunistic condemnation are always useful. The freepers are likely on the ledge over this.

it's obvious that Cantor is a bought-and-paid-for tool of the GOP's 'establishment' wing.
