MN GOP lawmaker compares food stamp recipients to wild animals

One Republican lawmaker in Minnesota expressed a peculiar but existing belief in GOP circles Friday afternoon, claiming that food stamps recipients are virtually similar to feeding wild animals.

State Rep. Mary Franson released a Youtube video describing her hopes of reducing the amount of time residents in Minnesota could stay on food stamps from five years to three.

I could only tolerate a few seconds of her voice. Honestly do these people sell their hearts and humanity?

Are white rural Republicans.

They just keep throwing out transparent code words for "black people" to stir up the people who are already going to vote GOP on racist grounds. I'm really sick of it. But seriously, "wild animals"? That's just disgusting. I suppose she's never had a bird feeder, tossed bread to ducks, left an apple in the woods, or given a squirrel a peanut. How are we human if we don't look out for our fellow humans and all of the other creatures on the planet? Wait, the OP did say "GOP".

are simply unbelievably ignorant. Do they sell their hearts and humanity? If they ever had any to begin with, yes. I'd rather think of such people as inhuman. Indeed, Mary Franson reminds me of a weasel I once met.
