Who are the members of Congress who voted to shut down the government?

There needs to be a list with information about when these representatives are up for reelection.

1. I'm not sure they voted to shut it down...Boehner just didn't allow a vote to keep it open. nt

The House, which stands for election in toto every two years, caused this.

5. All Representatives are up for re-election every election.

Senators every six years = every third election.
