I hate Rush Limbaugh.

your scenario is too good to be true.

I saw tonight on MSNBC, that he was actually brought to the white house and recognized by congress as thier voice to the public. during the Bush era. Kill me now, he still has a voice. Maybe we will be lucky and he will over doss on prescription drugs, so many good people do. Oh yeah he beat that once before.

He's obese, smokes cigars like a chimney, pops pills, has massive anger issues -- he's a stroke and a heart attack waiting to happen.

Now that is funny.

They'll stroll him around the woodshed, bowing and scraping, give him about 45 seconds of lecturing, and then send him on his merry way with huge thanks that he graced them with a few precious minutes of his time.

That fucker needs to be yanked off the air. PERIOD. Nothing less. His gone-on-far-too-long reign of hatred, lies, distortion, and debauchery needs to be ENDED.

How to fight back at the local radio, with insights from a former radio person. As one of those, myself, I can vouch for the good ideas in it. I have personally personally witnessed how effective these strategies can be.

Today I listened to Black talk radio, Rush, Thomm Hartmann and I'll listen to the re-broadcast of Al Sharpton tonight. It's SO fun to be LIBERAL in thought!

The others are okay. I don't like a lot of them but get that it's interesting to hear pov that are different, even infuriating. Rush, however, has waged a long term war on women, encouraging his listeners to feel threatened by women who are intelligent and educated and who speak up. Having been subjected to the real world repercussions I despise his hate speech. Hate speech isn't just ideas without consequences. It leads to genuine harm, as evidenced by Hitler, the attacks on women's suffrage and the inflammatory rhetoric of the Jim Crow South. Being the target of the kinds of attacks Rush's venom inspires is NOT fun, take it from me.

I hate what he says.

He is a bully, and his willing followers are cowards. The only way they can get satisfaction is to denigrate people that show more courage every day of their lives than they do.

Rush Limbaugh, and his followers, wouldn't step in front of a bullet to save their fellow men and women; he did everything he could to get out of serving. He wouldn't stand up to a bully attacking another human being, because he's the bully attacking them.

He doesn't have the guts to be openly gay, and face what openly gay people face. He doesn't have the guts to be poor and face the derision he heaps on those less fortunate. He doesn't have the guts to be a woman with the intelligence and refinery to testify before Congress on behalf of a friend - because he has no friends.

I hate what he says, and how he behaves, but I don't hate the sinner. He could become an actual human being if he stopped being such a coward, actually apologized for lying about the testimony Ms. Fluke put before Congress that was about hormonal treatments for ovarian cysts delivered via birth control, and owned up to his mistakes.

He won't do that, though, and cannot, because he's a coward that thinks if he keeps running, it won't catch up to him. He's what they call a deserter, and there has always been one punishment for deserting because you can't face the heat of your own behavior - it's self-inflicted in most cases. Look at the history of cowards and see how they turn out. Sometimes, deserters who can't fight their own battles that they started find a fist they can't avoid figurative, or otherwise.

People regard their straight-up enemies far better than they do people that are cowards, and Rush Limbaugh is nothing but pure, yellow-bellied cowardice, and I dare him to prove me wrong.
