A: No. A program created by the stimulus law not Obamacare encourages health professionals to use electronic records. But there is no requirement in the program to ask anything about sexual history.

My wife had her physical same office a month prior and they asked her the same question...

(20,814 posts)this myth is that the RW normally would not only have no problem with medical professionals asking women about their sexual history, they'd probably incorporate the requirement into the constitution itself if they could. They've already tried (and succeeded, in some cases) to enact and implement such intrusive laws against women in many states.
