had exactly the same reaction.

My first thought was that Newt or Santorum will be in the news tomorrow with a statement about how Hollywood libruls are kow-towing to Islamic extremists (I know that doesn't make sense, but they never do anyway, so ...)

Somewhere in the alternate universe occupied by RW crazies, the awarding of this Oscar will be seen as an affront to America and its citizens - oh, and yes, it will all be Obama's fault.

The jackasses are, if nothing else, predictable.

Edited to add: Just read Reply # 1, posted while I was typing. Apparently I wasn't the first (or last) person to know this will somehow be a travesty of justice laid at Obama's feet.
