"Good turnout at polling centers in districts: Syrian citizens continue to head down to polling stations that are spread through the districts to give their opinion about the draft of the new constitution for the Syrian Arab Republic. There is an increasing rate of voting with daytime. This reflects Syrian’s intentions and willingness to carry on with the reform program of which the constitution is one of this reform’s accomplishments.
"Citizens, who are eligible to vote, started to gather in polling centers since 7 A.M . There are 14,185 polling center which were opened in different districts, border posts, airports and deserts where citizens can state their opinion about the referendum. Guiding banners are present in each center so that citizens would be well informed about the steps needed for voting within a democratic atmosphere in the secret chambers that are specified for this purpose."

Damascus: Abassiyeen Bus Terminal: The regime's forces making all departing passengers participate in the constitutional referendum by keeping their personal ID cards and returning them after the vote.
IN IBADEH: DAM SUBS: THE REV STRUCK BACK: citizens closed the polling station and broke the ballot boxes...they are now being raided and arrested by Security forces, supported by dozens of cars, who presumably will then just make the votes up.
