Trying to block Obama from Alaska ballot because he is "mulatto and negro"

& they (mulatto and negroes) have "no political rights".

Barack Hussein Obama II, Aka Barack Hussein Obama, Aka Barack H. Obama has the race status of being a “Mulatto.” Barack Obama’s father (BarackHusseinObamaI)was a full blood Negro being born Nyang’oma Kogelo, Nyanza Province, Kenya and raised in the Colony of Kenya. Barack Obama’s mother (Stanley Ann Dunham) was a white Caucasian women being born in Wichita, Kansas on November 29, 1942 and raised in the State of Washington and in the State of Hawaii.

Office Qualifications For President of United States

Office qualifications for the President of the United States is set forth in the Constitution for the United States of America at Article II,
Section 1, Clause 5:

“No person except a natural born Citizen or a Citizen of the United States at the time of the adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the office of President; neither shall any person be eligible to that office who shall not attained to the age of thirty-five years, and been fourteen years a resident within the United States.”

and in regard to Barack Hussein Obama II as a Presidential Candidate, the citizenship qualifications set forth in the Fourteenth and Fifteenth Amendments to the United States Constitution for “Negroes” and “Mulattos” also applies.

If Barack Obama Jr. is removed from his pretended Office, who will fill the Presidential Office of the United States?

Under normal situations with a legitimate President of the United States in Office, the Vice President would succeed the Office of President in the event of Death or Impeachment of the President. But this is not normal times as Barack Obama Jr. has usurped the Office of the President of the United States. The Vice President is an “appointed” Officer holder by the President of the United States and if the acting President had no qualifications of Office, then he had no authority to appoint anyone to the Office of Vice President. It matters not whether the Vice President holds the qualifications of a Presidential Candidate, the acting Vice President would not have the lawful authority to assume the Office of President for want of a sitting “dejure” President and he must step down from his Office of Vice President.

Would the Office of the President of the United States pass on to the opponent Candidate of the Political Party that sponsored Barack Obama Jr.? If that would be true, then the Office of President would pass on to Presidential hopeful, Hillary Clinton. But as Hillary Clinton is a woman, her status of citizenship is founded upon the Fourteenth Amendment to the U.S. Constitution. Citizens of the Fourteenth Amendment are not “natural born citizens” of the United States nor has the U.S. Congress ever granted any woman citizen the “Political Right” by Amendment to the U.S. Constitution to hold any Public Office of the United States. Hillary Clinton is not qualified for the Office of President of the United States for being in want of Presidential qualifications of the U.S. Constitution. She is a “usurper” of Office of the Secretary of State of the United States.

from that link:

I, Gordon Warren Epperly, hereby states that I have no interest in any Candidate or Political Party of the United States. I am a white Caucasian male citizen of California Republic by my birth in Whittier, California on July 7, 1940. I now inhabit within the Alaska Republic at Juneau, Alaska. I have refused to Register to Vote as the Alaska Superior Court Judge, Larry Weeks, issued a “Court Order” wherein he declared that I, Gordon Warren Epperly, would not be allowed to Register or Vote in any Election in my Christian Name, but declared that if I wanted to participate in the Suffrage Privilege of Voting, I will have to register myself as a “Strawperson” for a government created GORDON W. EPPERLY. The only interest that I have in the Office of President of the United States is the preservation of the Constitution of the united States of America which my “Unalienable, Political, and Civil Rights” relies upon for preservation.

Sincerely Yours

COMES NOW Lasher, Pro Bono, born on a mountaintop in Tennessee, greenest state in the land of the free. I now inhabit my house but later today I will inhabit the grocery store. I won't vote because they are trying to make me reveal my secret identity. I just want to decide who can be president. Lots of people are eligible to vote, even racisit sexist bigot Orly Taitz impersonators.

I, Lasher, has been domiciled in my house since I got home from Billy Bob's Tavern last night in the Year of our Lord Vader. I, Lasher, hereby move from the keyboard to the bathroom to shave and shower, whereas inhabitants of the aforementioned grocery store will not mistake me for a wild animal and pray to their Lord Vader for their lives.

It is somewhat ironic to discover only one of them in Whittier: La Voz de Aztlan, an internet news service for Mexican and Mexican-Americans in the U.S. Southwest and in Mexico.

This adds credibility to your "white flight" assessment, while reminding us that bigotry has many faces.

It isn't all that surprising that we are home to the largest number of hate groups as a result.

I mean, Alabama has 33 (just under half of CA's 68) yet the population of Alabama is over 7 times smaller than that of California.

I guess all I'm pointing out is that California isn't home to a disproportionate amount of hate, as it were. Hate exists throughout the country.

It was not my intention to single California out. I wanted to share my sense of irony upon noticing that where white racists have left this one location mentioned by Taverner, a pro-Latino hate group has sprung up. The SPLC Hate Map is revealing. It supports your observation that hate exists throughout the country. More than that, this form of hatred is present among all population segments.

As I have said numerous times here at DU, bigotry has many forms.

This is one more opportunity for Republicans to claim that the system is biased against them, subjects them to abuses and usurpations, and is designed to reduce them to living under absolute despotism. The history of languages has created something akin to affirmative action: Spanish-speaking immigrants have the privilege of using a word that some English-speaking Republicans desire to use.
