Given the recent and escalating obstructionism by Republicans of blocking nominees for months when they later approve them nearly unanimously, the singling out of women for attack relative to contraceptives, Republican obstructionism on the violence against women act, this nomination may become another avenue for the Republicans to pursue their War on Women.

if you have one that is running. We need desperately to take a supermajority control over that body. Work to elect Democrats to the House, too. What will happen to this nomination is the reason we must do this.
