Darrel Issa’s Latest Circus Slime Show: Agitating the Tea Partied Republican War on Women
Tea Partied Republican HOUSE ‘FABRICATION’ COMMITTEE Chair, Darrell Issa convened ANOTHER waste of taxpayer dollars Circus Slime Show hearing. Issa, already, wasted MILLIONS of taxpayer dollars in his UNSUCCESSFUL attempt to slime the Attorney General. Now he’s trying to slime the President’s compromise to allow women freedom of choice regarding FREE access to birth control while EXEMPTING churches from underwriting contraception coverage.
Guess who Issa’s named to be on his first panel of witnesses - NINE MEN AND NO WOMEN? The dailykos.com reported that “eight out of nine of Issa’s witnesses are ORTHODOX Christian, Catholic and evangelical clergy” with the LEAD witness being the “Most Reverend William E. Lori, Roman Catholic Bishop of Bridgeport, Connecticut, and chair of the U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishop’s Ad Hoc Committee on Religious (but not child molestation) Liberty”! NO OTHER CATHOLIC or other religious group SUPPORTIVE of the Obama administration’s compromise were ALLOWED to be on the panel!
2012 Republican presidential candidates and the rest of Issa’s TEA PARTIED REPUBLICAN ANTI-WOMEN’S RIGHTS associates must be turning cartwheels over this one!
