Courtesy of a reader response on the Minn Post website (in response to the story Dayton's veto of four 'tort reform' bills comes with stinging GOP criticism , which explains Gov. Mark Dayton's veto of ALEC-written proposed legislation which is being pimped by the Minnesota state Senate Republicans):
Senate Majority Leader Dave Senjem said he didn't know whether any state senators are members or if they have attended recent boot camps.
To which an observant reader comments:

On February 10, 2012, Bill Gleason says:
"Senate Majority Leader Dave Senjem said he didn't know whether any state senators are members."
A little reminder Senator Senjem:

Sen. Roger C. Chamberlain (R-53),
ALEC Public Safety and Elections Task Force Member
Sen. Ted Daley (R-38),
ALEC Public Safety and Elections Task Force Member
Sen. Chris Gerlach (R-37),
ALEC Commerce, Insurance and Economic Development Task Force
Sen. Gretchen Hoffman (R-10),
ALEC Health and Human Services Task Force Member
Sen. Gen Olson (R-33),
ALEC Education Task Force Member, former State Chair
Sen. Mike Parry (R-26),
ALEC Telecommunications and Information Technology Task Force MemberAdditional
Minnesota ALEC Legislators confirmed by the Minnesota Independent (8/6/2011)

I also remind you, Senator Senjem, that you are the Senate author of HF 1059/SF 0641 (2011): Education Income Tax Credit which has been analyzed and found to be extremely similar to the ALEC model bill on this topic.

see p. 20
Frankly, the pathetic attempt by the GOP to deny the ALEC fingerprints on the more than sixty pieces of legislation they have submitted in the last two years is a disgrace.
