Damnit I missed the talking point of the day lottery

I guessed it would involve the British and instead they are recycling and saying Bush did it too again.DAMNIT!I'm 0 for one.

Ok,time to regroup and guess Fridays talking point.

Since they are recycling now I guess it will be FISA and the secret court declared this stuff legal so we should STFU and quit giving the Repukes talking points.

As always all guesses are welcome.

1. I say stick with the 'racist' accusations.

That's winning a lot of friends.

6. That's been strong this week,

but I'm thinking a swing back to dissecting Snowden's character - they've had a few days to come up with new stuff...I'm looking for overdue books, speeding tickets, and not 'liking' stories about dogs who have saved their owners from certain death.

3. "so we should STFU"

Almost invariably the cry of someone who was never told any such thing, but enjoys the alleged martydom of it all.

4. rofl

if you say so.
i'm sure as hell not a martyr...I'm to the point that I say what I mean and to hell with anyone who doesn't like it.

I enjoy martyrdom?
Can you explain that with links and quotes showing I think of myself that way?Or is this just more shitstirring from the Apologists on their knees brigade?

7. Do you really need a link

back to your own OP?

I was quoting YOU: "... we should STFU."

Do you not recognize your own words? Do you not think they just ooze a sense of martyrdom, a clinging to the notion that someone is attempting to silence you?

There's nothing more amusing than watching a persecution complex manifest itself on a message board.

10. When someone claims to have been told

to STFU when they haven't been told to STFU - well, you can do the math.

11. Talking points have been distributed, but now orders are that we can't use them until 8am eastern

Usually it's 5am, but for Friday it's 8am.

Not sure why.

Oh well.

18. you missed a few i think

any "accidentally" obtained information that related to americans was handed to the FBI so that makes it ok.
the guardian should start producing something concrete, it is just insinuations.
people should try reading "the thing", because nobody read it thoroughly.
the guardian just beats people into submission with long walls of text.
this is much better than i worried about.
i suspect the NSA leaked this on purpose to make themselves look good.
nothing to worry about because it was all "inadvertently acquired".
its ok because they use a cointoss to test for "foreignness" (51% confidence requirement)
law enforcement often depends on guesswork so i see nothing wrong here.

all of the from the topic:

Revealed: the top secret rules that allow NSA to use US data without a warrant
