They were worse than the Republicans. The Republicans were supporting their ideology. What were the Democrats supporting? They acted as cowards. Aftraid to stand up for the principles of the Democratic Party. We relied on them to at least try to keep the Republicans in check. But they failed. They got on their knees and groveled before the DimSon King. I hope the deaths of tens of thousands of innocent Iraqi children weigh heavy on their consciences.

I could never vote for one of these cowards for president. That means Ms. Clinton.

Voted FOR the approval of John Ashwipe for AG under The Village Idiot's administration. In my opinion, Feingold did more harm than good for this country. Not one of our brightest and shiniest pennies.

.... for any office again? He sure would make a good Majority Leader in the US Senate, huh? And no, I didn't get it. My mind went to Cynthia McKinney or Barbara Lee, but they are in the House (not the Senate.) Drew a complete blank on Russ Feingold, because my recall is almost null and void at this point of my life.

but according to votesmart, Sanders voted Nay for the USA Patriot Act of 2001 and on the extensions.

I might have the wrong bill entirely. Republicans use the most Orwellian freaking names for bills that there might have been more than one of them.

Edited to add: Which isn't to take away from Russ Feingold, who I'd sell a kidney to have as an elected official in any capacity.
