How much money the government can save...especially if you die before you can file for Social Security benefits...now they'll just have to fiure out a way to deny benefits to minor survivor's like Paul Ryan was!!!

Spoken like a retiree with a quarter-billion net worth who never has to worry about landmines.

They're TRYING to lose now. I'm completely convinced. Nobody could provide damaging soundbites this awesome without trying.

By the time someone in their 20's reaches age 65, the retirement age will be 75 and the means testing will ensure only the poorest or politically connected will be getting any money.

to make people like Romney have to live the way other people live.

He really needs to know first hand what it's like to have to hunt for a low paying job and try to get by on it.

Of course, "value" only means "what someone is willing to pay for it."

I'm self-employed so I haven;t been in a position to take a low-paying job I didn't want, but I also had to make some hard decisions to pay the bills. That means busting my ass to create a professional Website, looking at the finished result, and knowing in my heart that I settled for about 20% of what I should have been paid.

Meanwhile, the "Romney Kids" are sitting on a $100 million trust fund. There's not a kid in that family that will ever have to work a day in their lives.

And THIS is the guy who wants to run the shop. No thanks.

Nobody's stupid enough to mess with the benefits currently being paid, but there are slavering wolves on both sides of the party divide who are just itching for the chance to slowly and gradually "raise the bar" for us hoi polloi.
