Beaten Giants fan Bryan Stow speaks in first interview
December 16, 2011 | 2:12 pm

Bryan Stow, the San Francisco Giants fan who was brutally beaten at Dodger Stadium on opening day last season, has spoken publicly for the first time since the attack.

A snippet of an interview with Snow by NBC chief medical editor Dr. Nancy Snyderman was aired Thursday night by the network's Bay Area affiliate.

Stow, in a simple conversation, asks the reporter, "How are you?"

She replies she's doing well.

"That's good," says the former paramedic, a father of two. The interview took place at a San Jose-area rehabilitation facility.
