Currently 56% nay, on whether gays should be allowed to marry. Folks we need to even this up.

4. Stupidly worded, pointless poll

"Yes, it's a right for all couples." vs. "No, it's for a man and a woman."

Even after marriage equality becomes the rule of the land, there will still be "couples" who do not have the right to marry (immediate family members being an example). I might sound overly picky, since one can infer the appropriate meaning, but in questions of legality, wording is very important.
