I know you're jealous, but tough luck. Hands off! He's my congress-creep. This man represents me!

2. Onward to Damascus! A war of infinite regress as sects within sects keep killing rival infidels

for the sake of revenge for religious wars fought hundreds or thousands of years ago! Forever!

Where do we sign up, Daryl?

5. You know what would be an awesome reality show? Get Senators and Congressmen to point out

the location of foreign countries on maps with prize money for correct answers going to charity.

I'd love to watch Issa try to locate Syria on an unlabeled world map.

11. Christianity's efforts to conquer the world can go to hell

Here's some more of those Christian roots = Christian intervention in the Americas = worst genocide in human history = 100 million dead.

14. So...we should make it a religious war?

It isn't about useful tools of client states going rogue, or wmds in the hands of frenemies, or terrible dictators ordering soldiers to take babies out of incubators and leave them - *sniffle* - to die on the cold floor?

Well, at least Issa's being honest about his intentions for once.

15. Yeah, for a guy who's last name is the Arabic word for "Jesus"

that is right up there with Bush using the word "crusade" to describe US actions in Iraq.

And I am so green with envy...I get to be repped by the sane and sensible Susan Davis (D).

16. I say we give Darrel a flintlock and a one-way ticket to Damascus

Wish well and tell him to make us proud and send him on to end the war.
