Seriously? wait....what?
Real estate mogul Donald Trump called into Fox News on Monday morning and matter-of-factly took credit for propelling Romney to a nearly 30-point victory in the Nevada caucuses over the weekend.
"There was a lot riding on that particular race in Nevada and it was interesting, because the numbers were much, much greater than you thought," Trump told "Fox and Friends." "And a lot of people are giving me credit for that. And I will accept that credit. Always accept credit."
...
Asked this weekend to discuss the confusion, Gingrich gave a blunt assessment.
"We all thought that was kind of weird," the former House Speaker said from a post-caucus press conference at the Venetian Hotel in Las Vegas. "There are few people better at manipulating the press than Donald Trump and he proved it once again. You have to admire the sheer chutzpah."

Wait I thought Gingrich was in love with The Donald?

Romney Thanks Trump For Help In NV Victory
In a tweet this morning, Romney thanked real estate mogul and prominent birther Donald Trump for his endorsement.
Trump had already claimed credit for Romney's victory in an interview on Fox News Channel.
The endorsement last week came after a day of confusion about whether the reality TV star would endorse Newt Gingrich instead. In the end, he put his clout behind Romney, though Democrats were quick to crow that the support of the increasinly unpopular Trump might actually hurt him in a general election.

Romney won the Nevada caucuses in 2008, but his vote total this year was 25 percent less.

(11 posts)4. Leave it to Mr. Chump...
Mitt Romney received 1% LESS than his %age of votes in Nevada in 2008, and SIGNIFICANTLY FEWER ACTUAL VOTES (roughly 6000)...and against a much smaller field of republican canfidates. But...if Mr. Chump wants to insist he's responsible...why not let him take the credit? Thoughts at 3 A.M. http://thoughtsatthreeam.blogspot.com/?spref=tw
