Help identify what 1989 time capsule holds

The time capsule is being stored in Highland Council's safe above the Wick service point for the time being.

A RECENTLY discovered time capsule sealed over 20 years ago has been found in Wick.

Now www.johnogroat-journal.co.uk is looking for the answers to what lies in the steel locked box.

Local authority workers found the link to 1989 in the tower of the town hall in Bridge Street.

Already one member of the public has come forward to reveal their contribution and it is hoped more people will soon shed light on the contents.

5. There is no "Time Capsule Procedure" Manual lying around?

Have to laugh.
I just found out our little town has NO maps, reports, no data of any kind anywhere that tells the City Engineering Dept. where all the gas lines, water lines, sewer lines are buried all over town.
Most of them were planted in the 60's, but even newer areas have no record.
Not even the Gas Company here knows where their lines are, they have to come out and look for them EACH time we need clearance to dig.
