This has been an issue for more than a year. Please don't couch it as a referendum on Paul.

I am not going to reject common sense (option #2) just because Rand Paul might favor something.

Secret national security court already (is supposed to) issue warrants for tapping phones for national security reasons.

Why isn't a similar level of oversight for a military assassination in the USA reasonable, as specified in the poll. (A 'hot pursuit' type situation like 9/11 wouldn't count, but would be reviewed after the fact.)
