How were these guys not charged with treason?

Whistle blower gets fired.

Cops who threaten to kill the President, get fired, and now are applying to get their jobs back.

I worry about the President everyday.

He did the right thing.
Yes I agree with you on hoping he survives this presidency. It is scary knowing all the nut cases out there.

Waging war...nope
Giving aid and comfort to the enemy...nope
two eye witnesses to the overt act...nope
being shit heads...yep

Not treason.

But it is a federal crime. Why haven't they been charged?

5. They should get 10 years.

 

Threatening the President of the United States is a class D felony under United States Code Title 18, Section 871.
