What is being done for that great crew?

I heard nothing but praise for the crew in all of the interviews of passengers of the cruise ship Triumph. They all said that the crew was tireless in their efforts to ease the situation for all of the passengers and that they kept a bright outlook and disposition throughout.

Carnival is making amends to the passengers with refunds, cash payments and vouchers. I would like them to reward the crew as well.

Why not a bonus to each crew member of one month's pay?
