2. They could, but

haven't they ended their 'watch?' And as a guest of a congressmoron, maybe not.

14. If they felt that he posed any actual threat to the president they could bar his attendance.

But they don't view him as an actual threat. Nor do I for that matter. He's a gasbag.

3. The President should uninvite him

after all it is his speech and it would show balls to stand up to this idiot.

10. It is actually not his decision to make

The President is an invited guest to speak at the State of the Union. The President could choose to give the address someplace other than the Hall of the House, but when delivering it there, he is a guest. The Speaker lets the President bring guests and each Member of the House and Senate each get one visitor ticket.

22. Technically, it's OUR speech.

It is the State of the UNION.

That's ALL of us.

That even includes the talentless a-hole rock fossils.

Just in case...and watch the coward sweat.

7. Seat him right behind

the biggest, burliest Secret Service agent, who happens to be sitting backwards, staring right at him the whole time.

9. It would just make a martyr of him

Let him in and let the cameras show him acting like a spoiled 2 year old while the President is speaking.

This stunt will backfire. Just let it.

and I would also let the person that invited him know he is under close surveillance as well.

17. He should sit with the military brass, after they've read his 1977 interview

That details how he dodged the draft and describes them as imbeciles.

24. If Obama was concerned they would stop him from entering

I think Obama himself probably wants Ped Nugent there however, he knows this is a potential "please proceed" moment. A mid-speech outburst by Ped Nugent would be a huge gift to Obama.

25. They just need to put an agent on each side of him

He'll shit himself again, like the whiny little bastard did to avoid being drafted all those years ago..
