LAPD headquarters is currently ringed with officers and patrol cars along with snipers on the roof

because of this Dorner guy:

Police were taking precautions in case Dorner had left the area, however. Police headquarters building in downtown Los Angeles was ringed by officers on foot and parked patrol cars, and snipers were in place on the roof in case the wanted ex-cop who vowed warfare against police and their families made a move there. Other police stations throughout the area had heavy visible protection as well.

6. Said sounds like a MOVIE!!!! Not real life

How many people does Bruce Willis kill in a Die Hard movie?

Once again, I said it sounds like a movie. I never said we're rooting for the guy in real life.

11. I know. It's like they think this guy is going to try and walk through the front door

of the LAPD building in downtown LA.

15. no, he probably has weapons he can fire without being close

so they are keeping a watch out with a longer view of the area.

16. Unofficially, KFI radio has said that no one thinks Dorner is at Big Bear.

Maybe LAPD has some other info. Of course, even if they didn't, they'd have to protect headquarters. This guy could be anywhere.

3. My office window overlooks the Hollywood PD.

No snipers visible but the streets are cordoned off...

They need serious revision.

14. They're definitely terrified

I just heard on KFI that (unofficially) no one thinks that Dorner is at Big Bear.
