I can make arguments either way; I'm not sure. Just wondering what people thought.

1. they might need to change how they are doing it, but the guy plans to kill more
so they can't call it off since other people's lives are at risk as long as he is out there.

7. Did you miss the three criteria ...
attached to drone attacks ... not the least of which is "...located in territory, not under U.S. control ...(or something to that effect)."
