What are the gas prices in your neighborhood and how much has it gone up this week.

Thirty-five cents in a couple of days.
Still not bad compared to many other parts of the country, but that's q pretty big jump in such a short period of time.

(38,437 posts)I lived within 75 miles to two huge refineries in Indiana, and I never paid at or below the national average for gasoline. I am now in Texas and within 90 miles of refineries, and the same story.

(27 posts)Bush used to get the blame every time gas prices went up, because he was 'in bed with big oil.' Who gets the blame now?

And we were often told, "the president has nothing to do with the price of gas at the pumps" Until President Barack Hussein Obama came to office. Then he controlled every aspect of the economic system.

(27 posts)Alot of people make/lose money on speculation of oil futures. Just wondering why there used to be so much talking about how it was W's fault... And now there is no 1 person being blamed
