1. new thing when people are ppr-ed with less than 100 posts

Their posts from the last 12 hours before their ban are auto-deleted

3. A new 'housekeeping' task, cleaning up troll droppings

from admin EarlG:

When someone with fewer than 100 posts is banned, the software will automatically delete all of their messages posted in the 12 hours before they were banned.

I like it. Troll droppings are unsightly, unsanitary & stink to high heaven. Plus, they've been known to attract more trolls.

4. Wow! An excellent addition!

Particularly in the case of attracting more trolls. Let's not encourage them, esp. the gunners who think they can claim their Democratic Party/Progressive allegiance in a short sentence then proceed to hold forth on the latest spew from the NRA.

Last week's anti-gun safety messaging was "It won't work anyway so we shouldn't even try."
That was Wayne LaPierre's argument and it is the gun trolls here too.

If you can stand it, go to the NRA website and see whatever the latest talking point is. Then watch for it to surface, albeit shrouded in liberal platitudes, HERE.

5. Oh, good. I was just reading a thread

that had a whole series of auto removed threads, and I was wondering what that was about.

6. This is a Meta issue, but the answer is in post 3, above.

I will now lock this with host consensus.
