Cross the Rainbow Bridge gently, my little Scottish friend.

5. Well, his buddy Spot, who mostly lived at the Ranch

will be waiting for him.

Spot was one of Millie the English Setter's sons. Millie was the dog friend of the first President Bush, and she passed some time ago, too.

I wonder how the presidential dogs feel about the late Socks "The Cat" Clinton.

And by suffering I mean being a Bush dog.

Seriously, I enjoyed the Barney-Cam thing, and he was a beautiful dog. RIP, Barney.

ALL DOGS GO TO HEAVEN
Barney Bush Dies at 84 (in Dog Years)

Robert Kessler

.... Barney is memorialized here in an oil painting done by Dubya who clearly doesn't want you to forget he was the 43rd president(sic) himself. ....

Prior to succumbing to lymphoma, Barney had one previous brush with death: when President(sic) Bush dropped him on his face in front of some horrified children. Rest in peace, Barney.

40. Something I won't diss him for.

So what if it's a paint-by-number? He still painted it, even though he didn't originally draw it.

Everyone needs a hobby and this is a harmless one. Besides, who hasn't done a paint-by-number at least once? They even talked about them in Good Will Hunting.
