I admit, I was getting lazy and simply checking DU to get a quick goings-on in the world. Today, I had some time to check out another oldie-but-goodie, commondreams.org. I found this Matt Taibbi article about the new head of the SEC. I was under the impression that Mary Jo White was a courageous choice for the head of the SEC:

It's a mistake to believe much of what you read here.

I do hope you are cross checking the commondreams story with interpretations elsewhere.
