Ed Schultz on the filibuster vote with guest Bernie Sanders

http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/45755822/ns/msnbc-the_ed_show/#50594120

Like I said, they should have include the talking filibuster with the measures that passed. Ending the filibuster could still have been subject to a high-vote threshold, ideally 55 votes. I'd even accept 60.

Fact is that it would be much better to have Senators defend their obstruction for all Americans to see/hear. Better to put the arguments out in the open, and then let Senators defend their vote.

Also, who were the seven Democrats Senator Sanders mentioned?

1. Reid/McConnell should be ashamed, what a joke, they are quite plainly fucking over all

of us. Another crumb sold as a victory.

Gov't is BROKEN, we simply have status quo, disgusting! OBSTRUCTION, the new normal.

Who are the 7 sell-outs? Let's name them and publicize the list of DINO's.

Seems like the real effort is for all of gov't to do absolutely nothing for the next 4 years...while the taxpayers pay their salaries for this dog & pony show. I think we are all sick to death of this, that's what is bipartisan, mutual disgust.

2. Talking filibuster.

These seven Democrats Senators should explain their opposition to removing the 60-vote threshold.

5. The seven Democrats were

Mark Pryor, Max Baucus, Patrick Leahy, Joe Manchin, Dianne Feinstein, Barbara Boxer, and of course Harry Reid. Easy google.
