So Feinstein introduced assault weapon ban legislation, however, I heard she was against any real

Filibuster reform?

If that is true how would she expect the assault weapon ban to go through?

She wants an AWB, but votes against the the one reform that could make it possible.
You just can't make this stuff up.

4. Political theater.

She gets the 'best' of both worlds: the credit for being 'bold' and introducing the plan, but knowing full well that she will not have to live under the political consequences of its implementation.

And people wonder why Americans have become so cynical towards Congress.
