3. The guy had been brought in by the cops.

No doubt to get a blood test for booze and/or dope.

He got violent, and was shot.

5. no.

Liz Villarreal told WISN 12 News her brother was taken into custody Sunday night after a traffic stop, but had a medical problem while in the Walworth County Jail on Monday.

"He had a seizure in the morning and about, I'd say they told him about 3 p.m., or so, that he tried attacking the officer or something, and then the Taser didn't work and the officer shot him," Villarreal said.

Relatives said they were informed Villarreal had shackles around his feet during the alleged altercation.

4. From the article it sounds

like he had been in jail, had a seizure, was taken to the hospital by the cops.

6. An autopsy will reveal one interesting thing...

officers deny that the victim had leg shackles on. If he did then his ankles will have bruising that will show if it. If he didn't then probably no bruising. If he did have shackles on then this puts everything else the officers claim in some dubious territory. My gut reaction is this was an unnecessary shooting.
