Wow...watching Fox News version of the inauguration.

It's like they're covering a funeral. "So, Neil, how terrible will the next four years be?" "Is this a horrible parade route or what?" "Obama's not standing out in the middle of the road enough for the nutters to see him!"

Now some dude is on talking about Ronald Reagan used to be so much better than Obama. Now they're criticizing the terrible walkway and expensive reviewing stand.

I tried for ten minutes...gotta change back to ANY other channel.

1. I like ESPN's inauguration coverage much better.

Lots of talk about the Bro Bowl.

6. Gotta see both sides of the coin.

Can't say "I hate x" without knowing what x is.

Now Ben Stein is on..."This is the most trivial speech of our time." What a colossal DICK!

I blocked Fox "News" from my digital cable box. Makes channel surfing much safer.

they're reporting the luncheon menu was over 3,000 calories. They really do offer keen insight and analysis.

they would be complaining about how Michelle is such a food nazi and taking all the fun out of eating.

If these elitists hadn't demanded what the Top 1% earned (or inherited).

***Ow. I hurt my head trying that out. I won't watch FauxSnooze.***

5. For the sake of the business, they should probably take into account

that the last Reagan inaugural was nearly 30 years ago. But who am I to help them move forward...

20. The trouble is, they don't KNOW how miserable they are!

They hate EVERYTHING. I really was stunned to watch that segment. When Ben Stein came on, saying how horrible the acceptance address was, and how Obama probably wrote it an hour before the inauguration, and that he addressed NOTHING to help America...Jesus...I can't believe this network is allowed on the air. Think of all the much tamer things "Leftist" commentators have said on their shows which has got them cancelled. But Fox is allowed to do this 24/7. It is amazing.

FOX HATE AMERICA NEWS
"We Make Shit Up...You Lock and Load."

So I will pass on that, watching NBC news and glad that I am. I have actually laughed out loud twice watching Al Roker.

21. I saw Al call to the President and to Joe.

I watched various channels throughout the day. They were obviously using the same pool feed, so I decided I wanted to see what the differences were. One of my choices was Fox. I was mesmerized at the stupid. It doesn't mean I liked it!

Al Roker was awesome. He was like a little kid when Joe ran over to shake his hand. Very cool!

22. I hear ya on the Fox thing, curiosity gets to me sometimes to.

I think the last time I watched was right before Christmas and they were talking about the First Ladies and what they do the White House for Chriatmas. They did Nancy, Barbera, & Laura. I couldn't believe that they skipped over Hillary & Michelle, well at first I couldn't then I remembered what I was watching and quickly changed it.

I only have antenna, so I was watching CBS. Not bad with the digital transition as it is a 1080i broadcast.

17. I watch any of these events

including the debates on C-SPAN. There's no commentary and, therefore, no biases. I couldn't find the MSNBC coverage so I went to the best instead. No input is better than biased in any way. And you don't miss anything either.

23. Since C-Span's Iraq war protest march coverage...

...Three hours of a "Free MUMIA!" rally, without five minutes of the million person anti-war protest in the streets, screw 'em. And whenever I watch Washinton Journal, it's a GOP love fest.

Now, which branch of govt. controls spending? Do you think C-Span is truly "independent?" They had the same news feed everyone else had, just no commentary. So what? I didn't mind hearing so banter...at least I knew they weren't switching to a Free MUMIA rally.

C-Span and NPR haven't been the same since Bush.

24. Well

I had no idea about the march kerfuffle, only had all day Internet access for a year and until a few months ago was working too much to notice. And I never thought of watching protest marches on C-Span since I didn't think they'd even cover those. I'll keep that in mind.

I do agree about NPR and PBS. Actually they have changed incrementally since Gingrich initiated the original attack that was a component of the contract on America... but they have been getting pretty biased in the past few years. It was quite noticeable when they started having corporate sponsors several years ago.

I'm not a fan of the banter during these events so C-Span still works for me there. And right now, listening to NPR, I'm getting a little nauseated with their analysis of Obama's speech. Especially the former Bu$h speechwriter, what a crock.

But I digress, point taken, it's still a great day.

They are filled with so much hatred. I can safely say I have never watched Faux ever, only seen the clips they show on other cable shows and if I know they're coming I switch channels. Stay away from their evil as much as you can.
