9. There's a branch that goes out to 10 o'clock from the center of the picture

It's hitting pretty much right at the bird's feet, and the bird is sitting upright from there.

8. One of my favorite early Internet pranks was an "amazing animal camouflague" picture

That was just a tree. People went crazy trying to figure out where the animal was hiding.

12. I was out with my telescope one night late and saw a big owl fly right over me

Never would have noticed except it was I was looking up and it was a moonlit night and the owl blocked out the rather bright sky as it flew over, I never heard a thing, they really are quiet.
