RIP Conrad Bain -- Mr. Phillip Drummond



Actor Conrad Bain -- who famously played father figure Phillip Drummond on "Diff'rent Strokes" -- has passed away. He was 89.

Bain family sources tell TMZ, Bain died Monday night at a retirement home in Livermore, CA. So far, details surrounding his death are unclear.

3. RIP. One of my favorite shows growing up.

Having to watch the deterioration of his younger co-stars couldn't have been easy.
