KATZ: After what happened to the young mother in Loganville, Georgia who defended her two young children against an intruder, this bill would turn me into a criminal because you can bet that before I leave to do the people’s work, there will be more than 7 bullets in the magazine of my wife’s firearm.

Part of the price for living in a civilized society is abiding by laws passed by our elected representatives.

If you don't want to abide by those rules, go live somewhere else, or go to jail.

Your choice.

I've been wondering where OWS went. They couldn't abide by the laws passed by our elected reps, so they moved to another country or are in jail.

OWS broke plenty of laws during their protests. Camping on public land, impeding traffice, drug use, failure to obey the police, trespassing, violence and vandalism, to name a few. All being "laws that had been passed by our elected representatives."

So what is your point? Not every single person that showed up at any given event broke laws.. Some did as usually happens at ANY event and many paid a stiff price for their actions...

They can move if they don't like the law, or they can be jailed for every little violation they commit.

I for one know that I would feel safer visiting NYC without the fear of being attacked by OWS members hanging around every corner.

I would imagine that police are, but not sure about pols.
