Ann Romney Says No to ‘Dancing With the Stars’

It looks like Ann Romney’s dancing partner will still only be Mitt. Despite an offer from “Dancing With the Stars” to dance for the mirror ball trophy in the upcoming season, she turned the show down.

A Romney adviser confirms to ABC News that she was approached by “DWTS” and she declined the offer. The news was first reported by TMZ...

Participating would require actual effort. This is no surprise.

2. That would have been an amusing train wreck....

Though I imagine the same cadre of party loyalists who kept voting for Bristol Palin (who danced with the grace of a zamboni on gravel) would have voted for Queen Anne, resulting in more qualified contestants being sent off sooner than they otherwise might.
