They have a sinister plan to outlaw all firearms in the United States. They're going to start with one class of firearm at a time, but it's only a short skid down that slippery slope. They want to ban all guns because they're afraid of citizens taking back their government. But, if you start taking our guns, people will rise up to defend their liberties.

I heard this today at work. From a person who has a PhD, no less. Of course, this person works for.... the government.

I told him that he was full of it, because liberals are too disorganized to put together a good conspiracy. They'd argue about who got to know about it and who didn't.

Of course.

Now, I could care less if someone owns a gun for hunting. I could care less if they own one for protecting their house. I do have a problem with irresponsible gun owners, and ones that own assault rifles. But, of course, I'm a librul, so I'm fair game to them.
