For first time in nearly seven years, Justice Clarence Thomas talks during court arguments

Justice Clarence Thomas broke nearly seven years of silence during oral arguments on the Supreme Court on Monday.

The last time the famously reserved Thomas spoke up, George W. Bush was president, the iPhone was nothing but an internet rumor, and the U.S. economy seemingly had nowhere to go but up. But just before noon on Monday, Thomas uttered what appeared to be a lawyer joke.

During arguments in the Sixth Amendment case Boyer v. Louisiana, the justices were discussing the qualifications of the plaintiff’s counsel when Justice Antonin Scalia asked the assistant district attorney of Louisiana whether another lawyer was a Yale Law School graduate. He then spoke of a different lawyer in the case who graduated from Harvard Law.

“Son of a gun!,” Scalia, a Harvard Law graduate himself, remarked.

Note that it's to tell a joke, not because this simpleton actually understands the arguments presented before his tiny little mind...what a worthless tool.

1. Just another reminder when those who say both parties are the same, are telling you lies

democratic voters who stay at home in some sort of protest, or vote 3rd party is sheer lunacy.

SCOTUS alone proves there is a difference.

and it took seeing in one chart, altogether the total number of voters who voted in
2000, 2004, 2008 and 2012 to see how much damage the Ralph Naders of the world did in 2000.
and how in 2010 it happened again.

History keeps repeating itself every time voters somehow think their protest in not voting works out for the better.

Instead of saying never again.

the proof is in the raw numbers.
republicantealibertarians win 100% of the time when the least number of voters show up

5. That was in December 2000. In November, five weeks earlier, total voters were lowest ever

who knows how many millions did not vote because Ralphie Nader said stay at home don't bother, both parties are the same, yada yada
(and Nader was 90% financed by the Bushies and the rightwing to do what he did.)

And Nader is a multi-millionaire like Ron Paul, laughing all the way to the bank

but keep believing that Dec. comes before November on the 3rd party calender.

no it's
JAN
FEB
MAR
APR
MAY
JUNE
JULY
AUG
SEPT
OCT
NOV
DEC

see, Dec. 12,2000 came AFTER Nov. election day 2000.

Florida would not even have mattered had the voters come out to vote

but it's a convient sleight of hand Nader perpetrated on society.

The one great thing about Nader? No democratic voter in their right mind would ever vote for a third party again, Thank God for that.

it's amazing they would even think of keeping the meme going.
