Hey, jobs are fungible

Mitch Daniels in Republican response to SOTU:

Contrary to the President’s constant disparagement of people in business, it’s one of the noblest of human pursuits. The late Steve Jobs — what a fitting name he had — created more of them than all those stimulus dollars the President borrowed and blew.

Not to get too nationalist or anything, but the stimulus clearly created more jobs for US citizens and residents. That's just math.

I busted out laughing when Daniels said that. How could anyone not? (Including whoever wrote the speech)
