So those who say America is done or in decline. Do they not know what they are talking about?

That's what Obama seems to think. I tend to think that we are declining, though that decline can be arrested if the right policies are put in place.

If a company wants to sell a product or do business in the US, it needs to pay our taxes on that product or business.

But Obama has to say that, what he said in the speech, because its like a requirement for his job to cheer lead America.
No president is going to say we aren't on top or number one. I'm looking forward to America no longer being top dog and having to control the whole world to be frank.
