OPEN Act has its own website now. You can edit this bill!

Hey! I was browsing the internet looking at random stuff and I came across the OPEN Act's website.
Believe it or not, you can actually edit this bill yourself. See for yourself:

3. Fixed it. You should be able to see it now.

I used the link function but apparently it somehow ended up obscuring the URL. You should be able to see it now, though.
