Snoop Dogg says that he "would love" to teach his kids how to smoke weed

Snoop Dogg's Plan to Smoke Pot With His Kids Isn't as Nutty as It Sounds

Nothing about Snoop Dogg suggests he'd be a conventional, suburban parent, but his latest confession is shocking to say the least. The rapper, who recently changed his name to Snoop Lion, says that he "would love" to teach his kids how to smoke weed. Not ride a bike, not about the birds and the bees, but how to smoke weed!

My initial reaction: "That's ridiculous! That's crazy!" I thought. But after really listening to his reasons why, I think Snoop may actually have a legitimate point. I'm serious!

"It's not that I would ever push weed on our kids," he told the January issue of GQ magazine. "But if they wanted to, I would love to show them how, the right way, so that way they won't get nothing put in their sh-t or overdose or trying some sh-t that ain't clean."

I've heard others voice the issue.

First we've got to get pot out of the hands of drug dealers.

For developing brains to smoke pot. There are studies that show negative consequences for kids who use it even just occasionally.

As an adult, I am all for legalizing, decriminalizing it, for medical and recreational use.

Snoop-dog is being an ignorant ass about this.

Studies have shown it is harmful to adolescents' brains. They can wait until they're adults.

Instead of prescription drugs, Marijuana is a 100% better alternative. Everyone associates turning 21 into drinking age and it is somehow looked at as a goal for young people with parents approval. Besides, the pot out today is totally harmless. Believe me, I've smoked for over 30 years. Back in the day where someone you were smoking a joint with was in their late 40's and even though their tolerance should be like mine now, they got stoned out of their minds. With red glazed eyes, and radical cotton mouth. Neither that exist today in any weed I've smoked over the past 20 years.
