FReepers finally weigh in on the murdered cat. It's not pretty.

They must have lifted the ban of the last couple days. I just went to see what we could expect about SOTU, and came across their first posts on this subject.

Warning: Only go over there if you have a strong stomach. It's about as ugly as you would expect - some blame the father for killing his own family cat, others think it's pretty funny, a very limited few don't think it's a cool thing to do.

This election will see much violence from the right. They have been taught well to hate.

I don't visit there often, but given the strong (and justified) reaction to the story on DU, somebody has to let those interested in what we are facing know about this. For as long as it lasts, here you go: http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-chat/2837329/posts

I guess consider the source, but good grief! What a wimpy jerk for taking out his/her rage on a poor helpless animal. If they had any guts , they would have said something face to face to the adult humans.

You know, he was gone all day, but somehow killed his children's cat and wrote "liberal" on it.

They have been taught to never waver or question. For example, just one:

Hate to speculate but here in the state I live in when these types of things happen, it usually turns out to be the person reporting it that is involved....you know the noose hanging in the locker room, the keyed slurs in car paint, etc.etc. Those all were ‘perpetrated’ by the person reporting the horror. The reason given ( in each cae)....it was the only way they could bring people’s attention to this type of behavior. How is that for sick???

because they figure that the FBI would never figure out it was the father. Right. But I suppose that they do not want to admit that it is one of their own who is sociopathic. That would lead them to have to wonder about themselves.
