3. Teabaggers found a new way to pass their spew around.

That we would want the results of any legislation enacted by a repuke Congress that's 1) afraid for their jobs, and 2) based on eliminating the deficit = BS.

8. Bernie Sanders did NOT say that...

And it is a lowdown, despicable crime to falsely put words in his mouth. The next time you use quotation marks you better damn well make sure they're accurate.

I really can't stand cheaters who use quotation marks dishonestly.

10. this is a myth --it's RW talking points attached to Bernie Sanders' name

and it's not even Sanders' words!

and the one quote in there, the preface quote is from Warren Buffet, but the rest is NOT his.

neither supports the proposal.

don't be fooled. i'm sure you mean well, but this is a big hoax to say prominent liberals said or think this. they don't.

14. whoever said that Bernie Sanders said it IS lying

and if they are lying, then why would you want to support and/or believe anything else they said?

11. My thoughts exactly. You want to see things fixed. Let the Congresspeople deal with it like we do.

This "do--nothing" GOP Congress should get exactly what they give.....NOTHING! YOu go, Bernie.

17. yeah but they're lying, why believe ANY OF IT

if they have to lie that Sanders said it or that Buffett said it (or part of it), then why believe it.

they are trying to trick you, whomever originated this --why believe any of the rest of it. it's just as likely to be more bullshit.

13. Just an FYI: When Rush and Beck (whose handlers DO read DU) latch onto this today...

Just know that this OP can cause more harm than just a simple "OP fail"

Please consider removing this...

16. Where to start

That is Warren Buffet not Bernie Sanders.

That is not Buffet's position.

His position is that we should pass budgets where government revenues are 18% of the GDP and that government expenditures are 21% of the GDP.

The remuneration that you include would eliminate working class people from running altogether.

18. ARGH....

1. This is sure as hell NOT from Bernie Sanders.
2. This is an absolutely HORRIBLE idea. It is sometimes the RIGHT THING TO DO to run deficits. You do not want to hold a giant stick over congress telling them they'll all be fired if any of them dare do the right thing. It's hard enough to get them to do it now.

19. Bernie Sanders said none of that. And Warren Buffett only said

one thing in that list.

This is a right wing propaganda piece that has been thoroughly debunked. It has nothing whatsoever to do with Bernie Sanders, and should be self-deleted by the person who posted it.

Notice that there's no link anywhere to anything on CNBC where this was supposed to have been said. That should have been the first clue.
