Supposing we wanted to bring sedition charges against Boehner and the Tea Party wingnuts...

What is the definition of sedition and do the Rethug debt ceiling antics qualify? Who would bring sedition charges? Is there any basis for civil action?

5. You really want to see power abused to target and punish political opponents?

Besides being wrong, you might stop and realize that it's also a 2-way street...

7. Why screw around when the POTUS has the Legal Power and Authority

To declare the Republican Party a Terrorist Organization and can immediately arrest and detain them indefinitely arrest all of the Republicans in Congress, State Legislatures and Governors.
Those that are registered Republicans or have ever provided financial support are also arrested and assets seized, the Republicans got to pay back what they stole.
